So, my parents applied for PR in August 2022, and the last update we got was processing started in January 2023. We tried to link our documents to ircc secure account, but after entering all the details, it says sorry but the application was not found in the system. But if we check our application status, it asks us to enter the UCI/application number and after entering it mentions our details and updates, so our files have to be on the system. What may have possibly gone wrong? We entered every detail in the IRCC account correctly but it won't link. Please your suggestions for this would mean a lot. Also in one field, it asks us to say where we "intend" to live in Canada but my parents already are in Canada (my parents put where they live now). Also, what is the normal processing time for obtaining PR in Canada?
