Linking application troubles

My husband just got an email the other day that our application was received and it had the UCI and the application number and said to link the application online but every time we try it isn't working and saying not found.

Linking the application is troublesome for many of us. Our application was received three weeks ago and I still can't link it despite trying every combo of information I can think of. I've also tried the suggestions of the nice folks here, but nothing has worked so far. The e-CAS works, thank goodness, and I've been using that for now.

Yep - it is an artform!

I tried 22 times over several days and only succeeded on my 23rd attempt!
