Linking application to GC KEY!!!

I am unable to link my application online but I can be able to view my status using the online tool but if I am still unable to link my application when I try again and I can view my status using the online tool.
My question is if use the online tool and not the GC key to view my application status will I miss out on any information regarding my application?

Ecas and GCKey are not the same. You can call IRCC and use the automated system to hear your GCKey status (press 1 and follow the directions). There are several threads on the subject and you have asked this before, but different combinations work for different people. You can try writing everything in caps using the PA’s information, passport info, and include the sponsor in the number of applicants, so if it’s just the PA and no dependents the number of applicants would be 2

YES it is having problems, I can confirmed at present it accepts you 1st (with LOG-IN ID and password) but then rather takes you back to this page:-
https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html SO this is the same START page which had links to GCkey

Please report that page to their web master from lower left corner as I did already: - "Report a problem or mistake on this page" So if many will report they will fix that issue sooner. However if their was a maintenance notice it should appear up from with date and times. Thanks
