Guys i'm dealing with a cancelled application that i'm trying to reopen.
When i got rejected i was working with a consultant and now i cancelled his appointment and i'm trying to link the application to my profile.
The problem is the system can't find it.

I tried:

permanent residence
express entry
application number and family name
passport info
test number and date

this combination worked with my profile that's in the pool created by my former consultant after rejection.
However, it's not working with my cancelled application.

I tried to alter second step and chose federal skilled worker since my application meets this program but it asks me to select a province along with a city in it but to my knowledge when the profile was created a province wasn't selected let alone a city.

Any ideas?

If you order your GCMS notes, you can see if there's a city and province selected or not.

Thanks for your reply. I realize the GCMS request process is a daunting one so before i file it i want to make sure of something first.

When i choose federal skilled worker as subcategory i get the province and city as mandatory fields!
What if somebody back in the application hasn't specified one and showed his interest in all provices / territories? Or is there a point after ITA where we must choose?

I'm not really familiar with the entire EE process, as our application was submitted in 2014, before EE. We had to select province and city we intend to reside in though.
