My paper application was delivered by courier to the appropriate address. I had it signed for so I know it was delivered.
I want to link my paper application to my online account. I read somewhere that IRCC needs to send an email containing an application number etc in order for you to do this, and they will let you know when your application is ready to be linked after checking the documents etc. Just wanting to know if this is correct?
