Link study permit to new GC Key account

Hi All,

I created a new GC Key, and tried to link my study permit application (which was approved) for 5 times with different combinations. I'm confident that I have entered all correct information as it was in the IMM1294 form; however, it kept saying that it couldn't find any application.

Can anyone help me with this please?
