Is there a limit to the number of days one can travel outside of Canada per year while working as a clergy member under a visitor visa that is valid through November, 2016?

Any general information about limit to number of travel days outside of Canada while on a visitor visa would be much appreciated :)

What is valid until November 2016? Your TRV or your visitor status?

Where are you travelling to?

What do you refer to as "limit of days can travel outside of Canada"? TRVs are for travelling IN Canada....

Visitor status.

U.S.

I am asking the question . . . is there a limit on the number of days per year one can travel (to the U.S. in this case) outside of Canada as a U.S. citizen living in Canada under a visitor status. Just trying to clarify so I understand if there are limitations. Thank you.

1. No, note that visitor status ends when you depart Canada, but as I believe your father is clergy, he will be re-admitted

Why would you think there could be a limit? Any specific reason?

If you are looking for some obscure rule that we might know of then I don't know any. Maybe other members can help you.

Correct. He is clergy and he had three trips planned for this year out of Canada, two to the U.S. and one to Africa. We heard second hand that there may be a limit to the number of days one can leave Canada per year under a visitor status and did not want to put his return in jeopardy. Thank you for clearing that up.
