Why? I'm doing a master's in computer science after having a good level of work experience in India
It's so inconsiderate that those who are going for PG diplomas are getting their visa, but here I who got the scholarship, has great academic records getting delayed for visa
Algoma University is as good as Trump University in terms of its qualifications and recognition. You should stay in India and make our motherland proud. Jai Hind bhai. Our GPD will be 10 trillion soon, much superior to Kaneda

Currently the masters course I’m enrolled in has very less number of international students, and if you’re saying Ircc will review this diploma mills bla bla, then they can do it from upcoming takes because they have not informed anything up until now right?
stop defaming universties if only international students study there, I bet most of you won‘t be qualified to pass their master course eligibility

You in India or Kaneda (as you say)?

You have a bit of a chip on your shoulder..it will be worth zero coming from a 3rd grade school. Plenty of "educated" Indians here getting nowhere. You are going to be one of them

I have a Masters already. Many people on this forum have Masters. Even for Canadians, an undergrad in Canada doesn’t cut it anymore. And then getting a Masters still doesn’t get people jobs in the field or have to work multiple jobs. CBC has weekly articles on students and graduates who cannot make ends meet, and international students using food banks. The Brampton food bank has banned international students.

Ok so you mean a master's from Algoma ain't worth it right, I had to do it from a better university i.e., the University of Guelph, Waterloo, McMaster etc.
but they all were offering only research-based masters (thesis), while I was looking for a course-based master which very few universities offer. I have my sibling living in Ontario so he will be helping me out with everything, he is a software engineer too

I know education will be not so good from Algoma as you said, but hey we all study online specifically for software, so it won't matter anyway right

@foodie69, how do you know I'm coming from a third-grade school btw? Thank you for predicting me getting nowhere, so thoughtful of you

Studying online doesn't mean that you get the same education from different university/collage. Some/portion of the program is accessible online doesn't mean it's the same for all school.

There are plenty of career or coursed based masters these days. I'm not gonna do your research for you but they're there
