Can anyone help please as I just received my LIMIA from the person who is handling my case to get a work permit. Now, is there any way I can get my LIMIA verified?

We can't verify based on just an ID number. However if you have to ask, that generally means it's fake.

If they have offered to pay for your accommodations / food or flight - that also generally means it's fake.

No, they have not offered me all that stuff, right now I only have LIMIA with me and they asked to get it checked and satisfy yourself, can we check anything in LIMIA specifically which can clear the doubt regarding its authenticity.
Few details- General worker, 48hrs per week, 15.5 cad, NOC-9619

There's no way to check based on these limited details. We would need to see the job offer, know the company name, etc.
