Lima exempted additional 50 points

I work with employer for 2 year on closed work permit with LMIA Exempted. My work permit was expired and then I was on implied status and continuing work with same employee and now get another extended work permit of 2 years With the same employer.
Am I eligible for 50 points for LMIA Right now or I have to wait for one year

50 points extra for job offer then you need letter from the company stating that they will employ you atleast one year post PR

Yes I have that letter but my concern is do I have to do more one year on my new extended work permit or I can clam right now
