Likely to reject my visa?

This is my profile.

I am 40 years old and I am an Indian.

My last degree was a Masters from the UK (in 2010).

I am interested in a 2nd Masters under Universities like Simon Fraser and Alberta.

Most education consultants are advising me for not to apply for a student visa.

They are telling me that my visa will be refused because of my age and the gap years.

Could you please confirm this? Many thanks for your kind response.

Age can never be a factor for visa refusal. Gap years of course can be shown with work experience.
all u gotta do is justify ur case properly about why do u want to earn a second masters, how its going to benefit u, what make u believe that u will perform well in studies after 5 years of study gap etc etc etc...
