I cannot find on CIC's website regarding my question, can't get through to the call center either, one time I got through one french agent who can't speak english very well keep on telling me the answer is on the website.
My question is regarding how LICO is calculated, what line of the tax return are they asking for, does it include solely on Employment income, or does it include rental income, capital gains from investment/dividends or EI count as well?
Also if we are applying for two people does it mean we have to prepay for the insurance first then get a refund if they don't come right away? My parents in law looking to come summer or fall next year so their not concrete on when their coming, if I were to apply for supervisa now, do I have to prepay for their insurance although their not coming till next year?
