I had a quick question. Does the MNI (minimum necessary income) amount that is on the CIC website include the 30% or do I have to add that? For example, on the CIC site the MNI for 5 people for 2015 is $65,377? Does that already include the 30% or I have to add it? As per their explanation the amount does calculate the LICO + 30%, please let me know. Thank you.
