You have two options for claiming asylum in Canada.
The first is to get a visitor visa (TRV) to Canada, to travel to Canada, and then to claim refugee status when you arrive.
The second is to move out of Bangladesh to a different country. Once you are in the new country, you will need to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and then UNHCR will need to identify you for resettlement to Canada.
