Level of education Vs WES in PNP applications??? Help

Dear all,

Could anyone please clarify that what level of education I have to enter in PNP express entry??? Should it be according to WES or a university highest degree??

As for example, In PNP express entry of PEI, there is an option for Bachelor degree 3 years and another option is Master's degree after completion of Bachelor degree.

My WES shows , Bachelor 3 years and Bachelor 4 years.

What is the correct option to select?

Still I wonder, in express entry profile for FSW, they consider two or more certificates but in PNP express entry as in PEI, there is only Bachelor degree which is 3 years program and that's it. So how about the bachelor degree 4 years that is stated by WES?
