Ive recently got AOR from CIO

I wanted to ask you

1.What if my employer gives me experience certificate but not issue me reference letter

2.Is there any other way to confirm main duties.

experience letter even confirm main duties, in your experience letter if its added this words for example you work with them as full-time project manager then you dont need referance letter.

actually I can get an experience certificate that i am working full time with this bank and has been worked on these designations from xx-xx-xxx to xx-xx-xxxx

how can i prove that i am doing the duties which i have mentioned in the form
 
very easy, they dont want reference letter issued by your HR as a must.
It can be issued by your immediate supervisor, actually he is the guy that knows you well about your duties. CHC Singapore allows tht, donno abou other CHCs.

I hope you have good relation with any of your supervisors, politely request him to issue you one.

I will ask him .and what else i can do if he/she does not issue me reference letter ?

I want to know the difference between "Letter of reference" and "Work Experience Letter"
What if we got the letter stating Work Experience letter and have job responsiblities and salary and period of employment and designation. Do we need the letter of reference then?

Or we can have the same letter with heading "letter of reference"

Do any body have specific format for Letter of reference or work experience?
If yes please put it here that will be help for everybody.
Appreciate your help in anticipation.

I think experience certi only proves that you are full time employee of the institution

and letter of reference proves that you are doing this and this duties .I think it also gives the details of the trainings you have gone thru

Ok, This type of situation might arise. ask your other supervisor(s) to issue you one.
This is why everyone is required to have a juicy relation with their senior(s).
My Experience says that by signing and grading these types of papers, seniors feel so proud of their power.

I joined my bank as clerk and now i am chief manager duties are way diiffernt

I am myself the senior most of the branch . I think i should consult HR dept of my bank
 
if we send them full application with experience certi but not with reference letter then it will be rejected for sure !!
