Letter of Reference vs Letter of Introduction

Hello everyone,
I am applying to work in Canada and had to request for a Letter of Reference from my employer. However, upon receipt of said letter, the heading had been named "Letter of Introduction". Will that do or do I have to let them change it? Are they both the same thing? Don't want to end up looking sloppy. Thanks in advance

It's the content that matters. If all the required information is in the letter, the title doesn't matter.
