Hi everyone
Is it necessary to provide a letter of reference from the employer, or just work experience letters will be enough

You will be required to show proof of experience. I believe the best way to show that is by obtaining reference from your previous employer. A kind of attestation.

Better get it , it should be simple that you remained with that organization from -to , and your designation. This what i did for myself and it worked and ofcourse on official company letter head and official seal.

C.I.C. instructions look for a reference letter. And if it is not possible to get one you must submit a letter of explanation as to why you cannot get one.

work experience letter is what they need. it should have the information as specified by appendix A.

Just be aware a work experience letter alone is not always sufficient.
In my case, I submitted work-exp letter along with payslips & tax details for my current job which was ok with them. But for my old job, I could only submit work-exp letter which was not enough for them.

Do we need to provide experience letter, documents, pay slips of all jobs which are mentioned in application or just for those against which we claim points?

For expample i had mentioned two jobs in application. One against NOC 9511 and the second against NON 0111.

So, i"get points of only NOC 0111 not aginsnt the first one NOC 9511. Should i arrange all experience letters of job NOC 9511 too or just for NOC 0111?

Seniors plz comment..

It is always better to provide all sorts of documents to substantiate your application.

Submit whatever you have and could obtain from all the past and present employers, clients, partners...so so... The more you submit, the more it will strengthen your case.
