Can someone please explain to tme what is a letter of introducation and what is its link to the canadian study visa and who gives it and when he/she gives it?

Latter of Introducation is issued along with your visa, you need to show this letter to the immigration officer while landing in canada..

it's not a big issue many applicant haven't received the LOI, it's totally fine just tell the immigration officer that it wasn't issued to you..they will understand that.
