Letter of expression mandatory?

I studied in Quebec and I had work experience from Quebec. I got invitation on the basis on NOC B level Job under Experience class .Now , I moved to Ontario and I have to upload the documents to complete the profile.
Is that mandatory that I have to attach letter of explanation?

Bro I am unemployed now but I am getting NOC C level job if i will mention in my profile C level will it be a problem or first I should upload documents and then start the job?

You claimed points for the work you have done. No matter which level job you do now, you are still good. Try to start working as soon as possible as VO may ask you how you are going to financially assist yourself in Ontario.

About pay stubs can i upload randomly or is there any thumb rule that I have upload from last 6 montrhs or 3 months

I personally used 2 paystubs from each company 1 oldest and 1 recent. You may add extra if you want to.
