Letter of Explanation - How to

Hi All,

I have a couple of items for which I would like to provide explanation. How best can this done? Write everything in a single letter, or write it up and scan with the rest of the corresponding document?

Either works but attaching LOEs with the relevant documents is definitely more sensible.

I think it doesn't matter either send with single or separate of letter of explanation. There is no fixed format LOE to CIC, I have done wrote the letter of explanation then print it out and signed, I made multi-paged PDF separated sections regarding passport and employment letter.
