I already got the reasons i just dont understand them, can you take a look and help me if you can.

I think you missed all the documents the VO asked for.
Submites your educational docs, parents employment letters, bank statements, visa status in countrt u are living in

Did you submit bank statement ?
Did you submit employment letters of parents ?
Did you submit your previous education certs. 10th , 12th etc ?

From what I can see , you missed a lot of things .

Applying online isn't easy .
You have to submit many documents .


1. In the proof of funds what you uploaded ?
2. In LOE or SOP you have to attach your educational certificates etc .

I did the same , and in the proof of funds , statements , employment letters of my sponsor were submitted .

You need to reapply and hopefully you will get your visa .

It seems you didn't follow the process .

I did submit bank statements but it said they need detailed ones.
i didnt think the employment letter for my parents was necessary. but i will upload it when i apply again.
I didnt say anything about submitting previous education certificates, i did submit an acceptance letter though. What does it mean by purpose of visit, immigration status, and employment situation?

For the proof of funds i submitted 2 different bank statements with one showing $30,000 and the other one showing around around $25,000.
Ok ill be sure to submit an employment letter next time, i only have one for my dad hell be sponsoring me, can i submit my brother's as well, he said he will be giving me money as well if necessary. Did you get it on your first try? i didnt submit an explanation letter the first time but i will be the second time i apply, and in the letter ill clear all the reasons from the refusal letter.

Btw i applied from Saudi Arabia it isnt my home country, but i was born here and live here now as a resident. Do you think thats what they meant by immigration status? i was in UAE before that and my brother applied from there and he got it on his first try.

I applied from KSA too .


1. Get employment letter of parents , if you're using their bank statements .
2. Give them an exit re-entry copy .
3. You need to submit your previous educational certificates in ( SOP ) or Letter of Explanation also categorized by client information .
4. Bank statements have to be detailed , and should be of last 4 months and not old than 2 weeks .

Means if you're applying on 15 June , make sure the statements were printed on June 1 . Also ask the bank for a letter stating how much balance is in it , please note the letter must be with bank letterhead .

These two go in SOP .

So after your SOP , attach these two pages . You can combine and make them in one PDF file and upload it into the SOP section .

There's "Client Information" - I guess that's the last one in the end .

There you attach your SOP and educational documents . Make it all into one PDF file .

If submitting through VFS , notarize the ( copies ) as you won't be sending originals .
