Your employer has just copied the NOC. This will be a refusal. Your employer should have a job description for a head cashier. Submit ROE.

You can try but ROE is issued by CRA so you would have it. You must have the whole letter changed.

Thanks a lot. I still cant understand about ROE , as i read on internet its issued when you stop working or change your job. In my wife's case she is still working with same employer. Does she needs to get ROE and if yes how can she apply?
