Letter of Employment-Have a LMIA

Can anyone please tell me is letter of employment differs from reference letter?

I have an LMIA to support my PR. I am on open work permit.

In the reference letter I have mentioned my title, duties, hours, salary and included permanent, continuous and full time job.

What about the letter of employment?

I have looked at several threads but didn't find any appropriate answer.

Letter of employment is different from reference one...Former one is given at the time of joining whereas you have to have reference letter written on company's letterhead duly signed by HR or HOD, giving all the details of your employment..

u mean there is no difference in offer of employment and letter of employment
