any idea which college can avail fastest LOA as I plan to apply next week.
i applied with Canadian business college but application was rejected stating purpose of visit and biding with resident country.
the reason i feel is letter of explanation as my consultant told it wasn't important and i didn't write it in depth and was very casual.
but they say apply with other college as that might also be a reason for rejection being a private college
