I am a girl applying for second time for canada visa but I am in full stress cause of delays, pls help with sincere answer only :

Is request for positive? Waiting for more than 120 days

The request letter was to resubmit the LOA because i reduced the quality of PDF when I submitted first and to be honest was a little unclear.
