Letter Lost! Embassy not responding

Hello,

I was finally approved for Sponsorship last year and my parent's application was sent to India last year. CIC updated their online portal to say that a letter had been mailed to my parents asking for additional information. We have not received any letter to that effect. We have used the web form to contact New Delhi visa office and they have not responded. What can we do?

I have tried calling the 1888 number but I always get a message that they are too busy.

send a case specific enquiry through the IRCC website. if there's still no response, the contact the sponsor's MP (member of parliament) to reach out on your behalf.
