Letter from visa office - address is wrong?

I received a letter today from the London visa office requesting more medical tests/reports. At the moment my file remains in Mississauga as I am still awaiting sponsor approval (probably got another 40 or so days until that's done....)

However, both the envelope and the letter have my address wrong. Luckily the letter still got to me (er, can you imagine if it didn't? My app would just end up abandoned after my 90 days response time limit ended!!). Obviously I'm filled with horror because I'm eventually supposed to get a COPR sent in the post to me from these people.

At the moment I have a 'UCI' of this format A000000000000 (thought the UCI was meant to be like 0000-0000 ?) and an 'IME' of the format 00000000.

Do I have enough information to contact them to amend my address details? How might I go about this? Can I send an email and will they bother to acknowledge it?

Urgh ok so I actually READ the letter again and it does explain that the IME is the reference I need to quote on correspondence with them, and they even give an address to make enquiries about the app (at Nairobi!)

So please just ignore this thread.
