we summitted our application and cic received end of January 2014. we did not apply for a work permit (pilot program) when we summited our application (we did not know). My wife is currently out of status as we are waiting for our application to be process. I recently receive that eligibility letter from CIC. So can my wife apply for the pilot program now? Is that letter referring to the first stageof processing has been completed? also can my wife apply for health care, meanwhile waiting for the application to be finish. thank you, and have a good day everyone.
