i recieved an email from cic stating their records show that we have not provided a police clearance from taiwan.
and to send one to cpc
However we provided an origainal copy of one from hinchu police department in taiwan. With our Original spousal sponsorship application.. We also included all the other poIce clearances from phillipines and from canada.. I wrote a letter to cpc stating it was included in the apllication with the rest and that i have exAct copies of my application and all documents i sent.
I also stated respectfully i can only assume its been over looked or misplaced on their end.. I provided a photo copy of the taiwan police clearance from hinchu police department and said the original was included in my application and i was providing the copy i kept for my own records.

i then recieved an email from cpc vegraville agknowledging they have recieved the requested douments that were outlined in the letter.. however it also states if.i.cannot provide all the requested items within the time they gave i must let them know or my apllication could be denied..

The only item they requested was the police clearance in taiwan

What does this mean the letter is not clear

Hi ,
Police certificates are valid a maximum of 6 months , if you sent one longtime ago with your application , chances are they want up to ate certificate from Taiwan .

The PCC has a validity of six months normally, but to CIC it is valid so long as it was issued after the applicants last stay in said country.

Therefore the Taiwan PCC could have expired after six months but if OP hasn't been in Taiwan since, CIC will still use it as being valid.

If OP is still in Taiwan then a new one may be required.
