dear I think you should contact them by an email......also As OID processing time is 7.2 months and you applied on 24 sep 2015 and u will get a response around in April 2016. Its all upon u which u should opt....if ur circumstances are that u can go at the earliest. Go for EE and I think u have to withdraw OID but inform Through email to sinp

should i inform them before canceling OID? or i first cancel and inform them immediately
do u think my OID application can cause delay in my EE?

Hi

I have a question regarding POF. i attached bank statement for last 3 months, it is stamped and signed by bank. i didn't attach anything relating to currency conversion from AED to Canadian Dollar. Am i responsible to convert it or SINP will do the conversion by itself?

if i am missing anything, my application still in "Received" state, i have time to submit them revised POF, pls suggest.

They started processing application now..Ankit from 26 Sept got it in process for OID. Seems they are prioritizing by occupation in demand as I can see apps from 23, 24 still lying around. His Occupation is 2173.

just ask them formally ....what should I do.....oid or EE. Then after getting reply......choose any one as per your situation and bank satement for last 3 months is perfect.....conversion doc not required coz not written anywhere to show conversion calculations.... Sinp will do this task

SINP has put all Sept 2015 occupation in demand applications ON HOLD. They are mainly focussing on Nov and Dec EE applications. I enquired this with SINP and they replied that since OID applications will be decided in around 7 months (based on current processing timescale) so they are focussing on EE applications only. Which I believe unfair.

"All" is not proper word as we know there are already some nominated person from 22 and 23 sep.

thanks for correction. I should have said majority. They only nominated few OID applicants back in November. However, for the last 3-4 weeks they are only focussing on EE applications. Even December EE applicants are getting their applications nominated.

I have more than 5 years of experience in Software engineering (software development).
All my experience certificates mention 'Software Engineer'.

Software engineering is a regulated occupation in Canada. Do I need to obtain license / certification before applying for nomination program?
I have worked all along in software development and would be searching jobs in software development only.

Is there difference between 2173 (Software Engineers and Designers ) and 2174 (Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers).
2173 requires license while 2174 doesn't.
Can I apply under 2174 without the need of license, where my experience certificate shows me software engineer?

Hello my friends,

I am a PR PNP Ontario applicant. I sent my application to Sydney, NS from Canada on October 8.

For application fee I wrote my credit card information in the documents. Unfortuantley my credit card has been changed so those information wont work anymore.

I sent an email to CIC in order to change my credit card information but they said: "We would like to confirm that your application is not yet in process. Therefore, it is not possible to change the requested information".But the only way that my application will be in process is when the payment is completed!!!

Any help or suggestion so I can solve this problem? Please.
