i have applied on September 26th 2015 but my status is sill application received. i attached my settlement funds along with my application but half of funds was 6 months old and half funds are only 30 days old. at that time i didnot attach my another bank statement which had old funds bcz due to holidays. can i send the bank statement of another bank now to sinp

If the minimum amount of PF is satisfying the SINP condition (3 months maturity before you application submission) then u can proceed either u have to take preparation for next time application.

The average processing time on the SINP website has changed to 2 months!!! I don't know where they get that figure from.... nearly 5 months and counting :

Ya, This is almost true. which is the backlog that will solve immediately. The new government changed the little bit in the immigration process. New government already gave ordered to the CIC to accomplish the work immediately which have the backlog from 2011. So, now the provincial government, as well as the CIC, is faster than before. The new government came in the role few months ago. after they taken the role, are trying to faster the immigration process at province & federal also. so, I think this is no matter of surprising. yes, another thing is that who applied at June-July-2015, Sep-2015 & Dec-2015, some of the application fall into the backlog but no need to worry about this. they are prioritising the new application to meet the deadline as well as besides of this they are working on backlog application.

I also submitted on the 24th Sept, I think a number of people from the 24th went into process on the 1st at the same time....

Why do you want to send new bank statement?
are they requesting ?

No. It was changed from In Process to Application Nominated status without asking for any additional document.
