at first u just send an email to SINP for instruction. if they advise u to do like this , then u just proceed. either pls u don't withdraw ur FD until final decision from SINP. hope understand. if they agree with u regarding maturity of ur FD on January 27, Then they will instruct u, what will be the next step. but u must collect a updated bank certificate with history before withdraw the matured deposit. I Have applied for on sept 25 under OID for NOC 2171.Still the application status is 'received'.In the mean time my real brother who is PR holder and stays in saskatoon moved to a new residency .So now how do i update the new address details of my brother in my application.Did any one faced this situation and found a solution that really worked in updating the new address details of your relatives in sasktoon after submitting application.

Mine took longer because SINP put all Sept OID applications ON HOLD and focussed on EE applicants in Nov/Dec 15. Now SINP is clearing the backlog of Sept OID applications so hopefully it shouldn't take that long for all the remaining Sept OID applications.
