I don't think so.. This whole job offer thing started with Express Entry.. how come a person with valid LMO would not had a job offer under FSW14 (as he has LMO, he is working in canada)

As far as I know, one had to complete one year of work exp in Canada to be eligible for CEC if their NOC was 0, A or B and later file for their PR application under respective NOC codes provided the cap is not full..

In 2013 May the new rules came , which if someone has LOM and last 10 has at least 1 year work experience along with 67 points they can apply for FSW with any job, which means there were no cap with LOM since 2013 may.

Last time most of the people who got ITA were cooks. I don't know what sense are you talking about.

A guy with 850 is just 250 without LMIA.

I have a CRS of 435 and I'm way better than 250 someone..Period

Well I am sorry but you are not really better than those cooks cos at least they already have jobs in Canada but you don't .. If you think you are that good then try to get a job offer in Canada then

Just getting a job itself is a struggle - Now you need to find a job PLUS an employer willing to go for LMIA - That's a mission n a half esp for people in fields that are not in v high demand!

Well you can't say that cos Canada Govt already had enough failure on previous Federal Skill worker immigration .... Those people who seem to have good education and background but once they came to Canada ...they can't find any job to do ....therefore they become the burden for Canada.

That is why now Canada wants people who already have jobs in Canada because at least those people won't become a burden for this country and are already helping this country to grow.

Can anyone explain to me why so many of the people who got ITAs seem to be cooks?
