Hello,

I have a questions, i have got an invite from Ontario under their PNP, i am the principle applicant and preparing my docs for application, the question is do i need my wife's job reference letters to be part of the documents. she has got her ielts and wes assessment done, she is working but does not have reference letters. In our initial EE application we had choose a noc code for her.

Would really appreciate if some one can help me out with this problem

You need not to send your wife's job references unless you claim points for her Canadian work experience. The OINP checklist is quite clear.

If you list her experience in the EE spouse->work experience section, you'll need to send her references later after you get your ITA. Even if they are not Canadian.

i have mentioned her experience in our EE profile, she has no Canadian experience , now we are facing difficulty getting job ref letters as per cic format.

If her work ex is not adding any point, you dont need to put in the reference letter for her. I did the same for my spouse, mentioned her workex but no reference letter
