It's 9 months I'm working full time on post graduate work permit, do I need LMIA or LMO to apply for express entry? What if I wait until I have one full year of expreience and then apply? Any difference?
I don't want to let my employer know as I don't want to be fired because I need LMO and my status is not secure. Any suggestion what to do?

You need at least one year of work experience to apply under Express Entry.

Thanks for quick reply,
So what ABOUT after a year? On May 26 I'll have 1 full year, do I still need LMO or LMIA?

No - you don't need an LMIA. However an LMIA will substantially increase your chances of being accepted.

I really appreciate your help. Could you please send me a link or something from CIC that would address this situation? It has been few months I'm struggling what to do not to loose my job and get this PR done..
Is there anywhere saying that I wouldn't need it? Why am I unable to find anything on this, i.e. for people who are already working in canada and want to apply for express entry ..

If my score is high would I need to still be worried about the chances? Isn't it enough to just have the job offer and a good score (say +500 out of 600) "I assume that is a good score ;D?
Thanks a looooot ...

The following link mentioned that 12 months of work experience is mandatory: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-express.asp

I would recommend that you move over to the Express Entry section of this forum. This is where this subject is being discussed in detail.

BTW - a job offer counts for zero points without an approved LMIA.
