Less Rows and Columns for Personal History

Hello,

I'm filling the form IMM5669 and writing about my personal history but there are only 5 rows available which are very less for me. What should I do now? Shall I make tables on Microsoft Word file and write in them and attach it?

I was on student visa in UK and I used to go to my country back home during the summer breaks so on activity field shall i write unemployed or travelling? I used to stay there for 3 months sometimes 2.
