Less marks in 10th Maths

I have applied for Canada, i have less than 50% marks in 10th standard. But after that I have done diploma and BE with good marks.

So Does 10Th math marks affect my file??

but in Higher studies I have good marks in maths.

anyways heres my profile :
10TH CBSE 65.4%
DIPLOMA ECE 64.5%
BTECH EEE 72.6%

i didnt said that he will face rejection or blah blah

i just said one person got a rejection due to his 10th marks
i said this only bcoz he is worried of 10th marks. just gave him some info from my exp

his case is totally diffrent coz he has less marks in most of the subjects
but i'm having less marks in only one core subject maths

detail marks:

PUNJABI 86
ENGLISH LANG 69
MATHS 43
SCIENCE & TECH 65
SOCIAL SCIENCE 64
HINDI 74

You completed your B.E.degree (recent and latest) with distiction marks so 10th doesn't matter here.Of course it would matter,if you were applying for diploma/certificate program without having B.E.degree in your profile
