I am married, but due some sourness in relationship with my wife, I wanted to apply as married with wife not accompanying me. I am worried that I might not be able to provide documents like police verification, health checkup etc for my wife in future when officials ask for the same. What options I have in this case?

Do I have an option to file as "Legally Separated". I dont think we will be going for divorce in near future. What options I have in this case?

Appreciate help!!

Dear Manish

I would advice you to do patch up , if you are not going for divorce in future
The Only solution to your problem.
If you will opt , "Legally Separated" , you need to provide all legal documents to support your point

Stay Blessed

This is all true. But it is still possible to apply with a spouse not accompanying. However an explanation must be provided as to why. And I believe all the documents including PCC must still be obtained. So I suggest securing your wife's cooperation somehow, maybe by enticing her with the thought that if your application is successful you will move to the other side of the world and she won't have to bother with you... :P

Why stay married, if you are moving away and have no intention of getting together again ? Move on and release each other from this bondage and save yourself the trouble of documents that will be required.
