I am a Canadian citizen living in Italy and married to an Italian. We are following the checklist to immigrate to Canada but we have a few serious doubts about supporting documents. All documents translated in English have to be legalised by a court or can the Translation Agency certify the documents?? In all the guides we have followed it is not written anywhere whether they can only be translated and then sent.
Our second doubt is about stapling the documents. Here in Italy official documents are stapled together by the court or notary and then stamped in the middle of two connected pages therefore they cannot be separated. Is this going to be a problem?? Because in the guides it is written not to use any samples at all just elastics of paperclips.
