Hello Everyone,

(I am looking for a good Lawyer to take my case. I want to apply for my wife whose visa is rejected in the TRV catageory, i tried to contact David Cohen and group but i am yet to get a reply. Is there anyone else you would suggest, if you guys have any personal experience you can share in this regard, that will be great)

Little background:
I am an international student doing my masters. I applied for my wife to join me here.(TRV) but her visa was rejected. There was no financial or any other problem. The reason they give is that she does not have strong ties back home. Her Parents, brothers and sisters every one is in Pakistan but i dont know wat else am i suppose to show them.

Is there anyone whose spouse's visa was rejected the first time and accepted when he/she applied again If yes, what he/she did different the second time. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, If you are really looking for a good lawyer go for Mr. James, head of pace law firm in toronto, Canada. You can find their phone numbers through their website.

Approach this with alot of caution and care man.
Dont rush to reach out to lawyers who shall eat up alot of your money for nothing.

Just be smart,Canada is not running away.

Let her relax for sometime and then apply. This time let her show some strong home ties because this is the reaon she was denied. She will defianately go through.

Having your wife join you is some previlege not a right ok.

Thanks Guys, I appreciate your help.

Habil, thats wat i am trying to do. I could have googled hundreds of lawyers but i am trying to find some one good and reliable. Thats why i was asking for help here so that so one may share their personal experience and recommend someone based on their personal experience. Thanks anyways.
