I recently had a legal name change on my passport. For instance, on my initial passport, my full name (First, Middle and Last) was mentioned under the given name leaving the last name section blank. For my passport renewal, I had that updated. My father's name on the passport was also corrected. Example, if my middle name is Raj Kumar, I changed that to Rajkumar. So now I have my Given and Last name appropriately put into their own sections. However, my name on the PR card reflects the way it was mentioned on my initial passport. I will be updating my PR card. However, I will be flying back to my home country very soon for my wedding. Can I return back to Canada on my existing PR card with non-updated name ?
