Left Section Blank on IMM 5406 - Should I be worried?

Hello,

While filling the IMM 5406 form for the new TR to PR pathway, I glossed over the "If a section does not apply, write "Not applicable"" in the introduction. I don't have any dependents so I left the children section completely blank instead of writing NA. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. Is it something I should be concerned about? Is there a way I can correct it? Thanks

It shouldn't be a big issue, to be honest.
