Left Canada without a TRV. Applied outside.

Hi All,

in Oct I left Canada to come home for a wedding(South Africa) without a TRV. I applied for TRV on 19 October and I’m still waiting to hear back from them.
Applied through GC key.

any thoughts or suggestions on a possible timeline/solution in my situation would be appreciated!

The estimated processing time based on the IRCC website is two months. However it's certainly possible that you may hear back sooner or that processing takes longer. TRV applications from outside of Canada are generally quite delayed right now.
