Leaving the UK what can I do?

Dear Friends
Please I have an enquiry, I have done the medical and it was sent just in August 2010 , I am one of the 2007 applicant and it seems that the London office has a hsitory of delay. So now after leaving the UK in 2-3 months after finishing my PhD, will it be possible to continue with the London office for the next steps? or do you think that they will transfer my file to Egypt which will be another source of delay?

no not required you can still continue with london chc only but if they ask for your PP then you have to submit it to london either by post or u have to come to london again and change the mailing address to egypt.
