Salam Waqar, hope you good. yar fees are not cheap but reasonable, try UNB, regina saskatchewan and MUN.

The total tution fee of whole program is almost 25000CAD!If i got manage odd jobs there i can hardly save for my living there,I don't want to order from home.There is also protests against tuion hikes in Quebec!

That will be 14 lakhs in Indian Currency. Almost all of the universities and colleges have the same fees i suppose for a two year course. i.e around 12 lakhs.

Quebec actually has some of the lowest tuition fees in the country because this province receives more subsidies from the government than other provinces. Yes - students there are protesting the tuition hikes. But their fees are generally lower than other parts of Canada.

It's actually divided into 3 formats;

1. Quebec resident - very low fees
2. Canadian resident (but outside Quebec) - low
3. International students - high to very high

as momi said the comparison was never between residents/non residents or international students...but it was between international student fees
