You can send a draft or money order. you can't close your account yourself with the existing balance.

Yes i paid them off. The only problem is my phone bills. I paid my bank accounts before i close them. I cant make money order as i dont have enough money. I paid for my ticket and evrything.

You can't close your phone account. You wonder why new immigrants and students have difficulty applying for things or are asked to pay more. This is the reason. You probably have not paid your phone balance in many months and I am shocked it still works.

FYI i am monthly paying but not full thats why they are not cutting off,.

You have a $400 balance on a monthly plan so they are being very nice but yes they can still shut it off and should have given you don't plan on paying.

Got a 2 years plan i paid 1 year already the remaining balance of the phone is $400 plus monthly bill is 80 now i have a due date of $200 for not paying in full. Since i am going back in my origin i wanted to pay but i dont have nough

No the phone or just given them the phone inside an envelope if you can't pay and are still required to return the phone. Then leave the store quickly. You were the one that said you want to return the phone to the store. You can do this easily.
