Leaving Canada while PR Application is in Process

I applied my PR under canadian experience class and for some work i need to go to USA. Do i need to do my PCC from Indian Consulate again.

No. Unless your application is rejected, then you need to redo it. if you are just going from Canada to USA, then no need.
