IRCC realizes you’ve been out of Canada for months and doesn’t have a problem with you being an inland applicant?

I only left in December I couldn’t get back because I don’t have visa

and yes I have been out of Canada for 2 months although my application have been approved

I feel like you think I’m lying or making this up
