Leaving Canada on an unpaid vacation for two months while applying for PR

Hello everyone! I applied for the PR on May 11th under the CEC and recieved AOR on May 11th. On IRCC portal it says that i don't need a medical exam, provide biometrics, or any outstanding requirements for the meantime, since i already provided those when i came to Canada on a work permit in 2024. Now i am changing work location and moving into another city, but still working for same company, and i am going back to my home country until the next job opportunity comes. The question is, will that affect my PR processing time? Do i have to stay in Canada while PR is being processed? I am planning on changing my residential and mailing address on the portal to my uncle's house in QC, (i work in ON though) is that a wise thing to do? I am also going to provide a letter of explanation about all my next steps and why i am going back to my home country. What do you guys think?
